Located on the shores of Lake Andrea in Prairie Springs Park, Pleasant Prairie, our beautiful facility has an entire staff committed to enhancing your quality of life. With so many hotels nearby, it’s the ideal place to gather people together for your next event. Should you need to plan a special event, the RecPlex is also provides indoor and outdoor spaces for all kinds of events from sporting tournaments to business conferences or family parties. Fitter and Faster will be at the RecPlex two more times this year The next camp is September 17&18. Junior and adult competitors will swim Lake Andrea, cycle throughout the Village of Pleasant Prairie, and complete the running course through Prairie Springs Park. One of the region’s largest sporting events takes place at the RecPlex every summer - the Pleasant Prairie Triathlon. The RecPlex is a hub for athletic events. Whether you’re looking for exercise classes that introduce children to healthy habits, help working adults maintain their fitness, or keep aging adults on the path to wellness, the RecPlex has the right workout class. The RecPlex’s youth programming includes courses covering dance, gymnastics, babysitting, and photography.
And the programming doesn’t stop just because children reach first grade. The training and education programs at the Pleasant Prairie RecPlex are so comprehensive, in fact, that members and guests don’t even need to be walking yet to take advantage of them. RecPlex is too significant an asset to the Village, for the Village not to support its continued success.During the season, Lake Andrea beach and Froggy's Landing hours of operation can be viewed here but may close early due to inclement weather or when the air temperature does not reach 70 degrees by Noon.Please check the RecPlex website for the most up-to-date beach pass pricing. Pleasant Prairie residents receive free entry with a valid ID. Day beach passes are available for $8 per day, or season passes are $80 per family. To access the beach and windsurfing launches at picnic sites you must purchase a beach pass if you are not a RecPlex member.Hourly canoe, kayak, and paddleboard rentals are available through Froggy’s Landing Boat Rentals during the summer season.on three Sundays in 2023: June 18, July 16, and August 20 next to the beer garden.
